All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.

Shipping and Postage

Your order will be delivered in 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located. While we make our best efforts, we can not guarantee overnight delivery if there are delays with Courier Post. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

All stock is located in our Auckland warehouse. All orders are bubble wrapped for protection.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 75 Mt Eden road, Grafton, Auckland 1023, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Policy(if applicable)

We want you to love your experience with Pure Herb NZ and your new natural New Zealand products. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!

As a Pure Herb NZ customer, you're entitled to the following:

A full refund on new and unopened products within 7 days of receipt.
We may refuse to refund for an item where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable sellable condition.

Just send us an email to pureherbnz@gmail.com with your order number and what item(s) you want to return, and we'll get you taken care of.

Please note that return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange a product (new and unopened) or an order, you'll need to mail in the item(s) for store credit. Once the return has been processed and credit issued, you can then use it to place a new order! For returns, please contact us at pureherbnz@gmail.com

Sale Items

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. During the Sale period, it cannot be combined with any other special coupon code or offers. Free samples and any other free gift will not be given with purchases during Sale period.

General

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Pure Herb NZ site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.

All orders will be processed within three working days and shipped within ten maximum.

Privacy Statement

We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information.
